Our Plan Review gives you a professional eye over your house plans before you sign off, specifically your kitchen, pantry, laundry and wardrobe storage, so you're not finding out six months after move-in that there's nowhere for the Christmas decorations to go.

I'll meet with you, at your current home, to see what you own and how you live day to day, including anything that's coming with you into the new place from storage or elsewhere.
From there, we go through your plans together and I'll flag anything worth reconsidering, whether that's an extra shelf in the kitchen, a better laundry layout, or more robe space than the standard plan allows.
Following your session, you'll walk away with clear, practical recommendations to take back to your builder before anything is locked in.
